Complaint: Check withholding on a operations mistake, defimation of character,Unprofessional process leading up to termination of a contract. I was terminated on unspecified grounds of employment on March 18,2013 I was taken off the schedule on Saturday March 16, 2013 for Monday March 18, 2013 by Phone from Judy Simmons the operations Manager. I recieved a call from the operations manager Judy Simmons on March 18, 2013 to come in to talk with her.At the meeting I was also accompanied by the owner Dr. Joyce Moore.I was presented with 3 Letters reguarding my performance in a one day operations with out a verbal or prior written communication leading to Unlawful Termination. It was stated that a shipping mistake was made and Dr. Joyce Moore Informed of the mistake that was made during my time of employment that the mistake cost her more than $200 and this will be taken out of my pay. On the grounds of my termination this compliant is not an intent to retaliate but simply to inform other consumers and future employee’s of the Goin Postal policies and procedure operating as a Franchisee and how misleading and unprofessional this business has operated under.
