Complaint: I have utilized A to Z many times before June 9th, which is when I brought in my classic car for my AC to be checked. After calling numeruos times to getan explanation to the charges, I deccieded not allow him to do any service to my car. After telling me that my back left rtire had a nail in it. When I arrived to pick up my car that evening @ 5pm, I noticed that my anteena was bent, I brought this to Davids attention…he came outside, straighten the antenna, did not show me my tire at this time, walked passed me and said, I would need a new tire, oh did I mention, I just gave this service station 700.oo dollars back in February 05, which encluded two brand new Perilli tires, of which there was no nail in the metioned tire, the radial has split, there is a manufacture defect. On Friday, 6/10, as I am driving to go and purchase a new Perilli tire and find a new mechanic, I noticed mty antenna flapping in the wind, so I brought it back to David at Good Year dealer, A to Z. This is when I sopke with Jonathan regarding the antenna, that he said he will take care of it and the antenna will be here on Wednesday 6/15. The antenna was not here on 6/15, David has not acknowledege me since 6/10. After speaking with David this morning on 6/16, he told me that he was not responsible and wouldn’t be fixing my antenna. Not only is he not fixing my antenna, I was treated with the up most disrespect. I feel that if I had a husband, or if a man had the same situation as I, that they would of been treated differently.
