I ordered a Christmas gift from Gregory’s Groves to be delivered to my son and his family. I used the requested delivery date section on their online purchase form and asked the item be delivered on 12/23/15. I got up this morning and found an email indicating my gift had shipped on 12/8/15! There is no way this will take 15 days to ship. I did not order a random item for delivery, I ordered an item to be delivered as a CHRISTMAS GIFT. I called customer service and after sitting on hold for more than 25 minutes was told “sorry for the inconvenience.”” I don’t have unlimited funds for Holiday gifts so them delivering 2 weeks ahead of the requested date is a blow. I cannot just order something else so that my son and his family will receive and actual “”Christmas gift””.”
