My sister purchased a miniature schnauzer named Duke for $500 (includes shipping charges ) from:www.anaschnauzershome.com/located in Plano Texas, she was told to Western Union $400 to a Jackson Hans . Which she did on 2/7/2018 at 11:06 am. And to send them a copy of the receipt. She emailed the receipt to an [email protected] She received a reply email at 5:39 pm informing her she (the seller) was on the way to the airport and that once she (the seller) completed everything the shipper would contact my sister and provide her with the flight and delivery details. She then received another email from the seller at 6:41 pm to please check her email that she had completed everything and the shipper told the seller that they had sent me sister an email.My sister received an email on 2/7 at 6:18 from Dream Pets Shipping ([email protected]) requesting that she confirm her address information. She confirmed the information. And then she received another email 2/7at 11:34pm thanking her for confirming her information and that that the Official will do some checkups in the morning before the shipping company proceeds and that yes the puppy had been scheduled to be delivered to her address directly, and that they would inform her of the next step.My sister sent the shipper an email on 2/8 at 11:46 am to check on the status of the shipping of the puppy. They never responded. She then contacted the seller Amber Harvey on 2/8 at 3:37pm telling my sister she was going to check what was going on. The Seller wrote back to my sister 2/8 at 3:44 pm stating that she had been told they emailed my sister twice that insurance in needed to please check her email for details and proceed with them.My sister hasn’t heard from either one again even though she has emailed them several times.We have been through a lot, I had to put my Schnauzer that I had for 14years to sleep due to cancer. I truly hope something can be done about this so it doesn’t happen to others.
