I booked a flight on justfly.com…. domestic flight! Then they sent me an email asking to call them. I called right away. They said I needed to provide my passport information! As far as I know as a U.S. citizen we can fly state to state without that needed. I explained this to them and asked who was requiring me to provide it. After 10min of the woman trying to find out she told me it was Jet Blue. Having flown very recently on that airline domestically I know for a fact it wasn’t them. I also asked her what if I didn’t have a passport she said that I wouldn’t be able to fly then. Haha So I canceled the flight she then told me that I haven’t been charged for the flight so I didn’t have to worry about a refund. I went and checked my cc and sure enough she lied it is still pending 3 days later.
