Michael Lovett of Home Renovation Design – HRD – ripped me off. I asked him to come to my house to bid a kitchen remodel and he took my $250 to pull city permits and I never saw him again. At first he seemed like a nice guy and was even referred to me by a neighbor. He said he needed the upfront deposit to begin the process of getting permits for the kitchen project and when I tried to track him down, his phone was disconnected. Beware of this dishonest thief – he may come to your neighborhood next.
