I purchased a computer on clearance from Microcenter only to bring it home and find it full of viruses. I returned the computer and decided to give the store a second chance and purchased another computer, and this one was a very high end model and brand new. nWhen I got the second computer home I went browsing on the internet and decided to pop in a cd to listen to some music. Well the music skipped while having other programs open. Frustated, I took the computer back but this time for a cash refund. nI showed the clerks the problem with the computer and told them that I wanted my money back to go elswhere. Well, this is when I found out about the 15% restocking fee I had to be charged for returning the computer opened. nThe fee totaled a wapping $210. The only thing that made me leave the store was the threat of being arrested because I was upset and yelling at them, and rightfully so. nMicro Center will rip you off. If you need a computer then get a dell. I have never had a problem with my new dell or there purchasing policies. nScrew you Micro Center. nShaynencolumbus, OhioU.S.A.
