Ordered a product for dry heels. $19.95. One time order. Now Modere is charging me $28.95 monthly and there is no way a customer is able to delete their personal credit card information online. Left a message with their representative, who called back but said there is nothing she can do. | Said she has never had any other customers complains to date. The fact that you cannot delete your credit card information substantiates in my mind that this is a complete fraud.
