I placed an order for my children’s bedroom furniture on March 1, 2010. I was told that it would take from 6-8 weeks for my furniture to arrive. It is now 12 weeks and I still don’t have my furniture. Since we weren’t kept up to date on the status of our order, my wife kept calling every single day and they would just tell her that it wasn’t in yet that they would call her but they never did. She requested to get a refund instead since it had been too long and they said they couldn’t do that unless she went to the store and that it might take up to 3 weeks to receive the money back. My children currently don’t have beds and therefore are sleeping on the floor on a mattress because we didn’t expect it to take this long. I personally went to the store to try and solve this issue. I went to the customer service department and I told them that my wife had been calling and that it had been 12 weeks and we needed our furniture because my children were sleeping on the floor, well the three ladies there (Jennifer Sanchez, Lorena, I didn’t get the other’s name) laughed at me and ignored my concerns. I was told the manager wasn’t in the store but that they would have him call me. I haven’t received a phone call as of yet. When I was at the store a salesman named Pedro approached me and said that my furniture had arrived but that they sold it to someone else. After I had gone to complain, two days later the same salesman called me to let me know my furniture had arrived. I can’t believe it has taken this long, let’s see how long the delivery takes. I find it ironic that as soon as I went to complain at the store, my furniture all of a sudden arrives. I will never purchase anything from this store ever again, horrible customer service and no concern for my troubles.
