Ordered a patio set from Sam’s Club – received a delivery schedule call from NE Retail Express, (they left a message on my answering machine). Returned call – left message agreeing to delivery date. They never returned my call. Shipment never arrived. Called NE Retail Express several days later….Voice Mailbox full. Called Sam’s Club again….Sam’s Club customer service rep set up new appointment for delivery in two weeks. Same day receive a call from NE Retail Express stating they can deliver next day. They Never Show Up. Call NE Retail Express….voice mailbox full. Call Sam’s Club again – they contact NE Retail Express…They can not give Sam’s Club any excuse why they did not deliver! Again Sam’s Club resolution center sets up a new delivery date….Big Surprise…NO DELIVERY! Sam’s Club contacted them the next day to see what the problem is…..they don’t know!!! Bottom Line – I had to cancel order with Sam’s Club!
