Scamming mother into giving up passwords, etc.

My Complaint: This company called my mother, (77), told her that her computer was infected, had to get into it, get passwords, fix malware and viruses, claimed they were part of Microsoft, (or were authorized by them), and got her to give credit card number for $209 for a 3 year service to fix and maintain her computer. Called them, no answer. Scam. Fraud. A**holes. They messed with the wrong person.

My Demand: All money back, prove that they are a real company.
