Beyond frustrated!!! I have called prime communications customer service, and there is no response! I signed up for directv now on april 12th, and I was supposed to receive a roku stick. I have yet to receive it, and nobody can seem to help me! Prime communications forces their employees to push and sell services that they are unable to access and help with! I tried for 2 hours on saturday, and I have been trying for 3 hours today to resolve the issue. How do they expect to keep their employees happy when they can’t give them resources they need to help customers!?!?!?! I’m sure many people take their anger out on the employees who do everything they can to help, yet they are unable to.
