Realprompt

Complaint: After receiving hundreds of unsolicited emails, which by law are considered to be SPAM, I decided to look into what they were offering. They urge new prospects to watch a lengthy online seminar that sounds all too salesy anyway, and persuade to purchase their so-called services. They claim to provide real estate leads to agents of people who are behind on their mortgages in order to market to them with the end goal of a short sale. They charge around two hundred dollars monthly, and fail to mention that you also need to purchase specific envelopes and also add in the printing costs, ink, and paper for all the letters that you’re supposed to send. Now this strategy might work if these leads were even valid! None of the people they gave me on this list of names were at all behind on their mortgages, and some of them were even extremely upset and offended at the letter that we had to send! This company is not trying to help anyone with their mortgage, they are just try

They urge new prospects to watch a lengthy online seminar that sounds all too salesy anyway, and persuade to purchase their so-called services. Now this strategy might work if these leads were even valid! None of the people they gave me on this list of names were at all behind on their mortgages, and some of them were even extremely upset and offended at the letter that we had to send! This company is not trying to help anyone with their mortgage, they are just trying to rip off realtors into paying hundreds of dollars each month in a supposed marketing strategy that should work, and it doesn’t work at all! Beware of this company and steer clear of them as much as possible, as they will ruin your business and drag your marketing budget into the ground. Much safer bet using other online services or even tax records to look into leads like these, which would be much more reliable!
