I received a refund after their website mishap caused me to be overcharged for a ticket. Or I should say I supposedly received a refund because it never worked when I tried to use it. I contacted customer service many, many times in the months that followed. I never heard back. Not even an automated response. Every couple of months I tried to get in touch with them again. 1.5 years later I finally heard from a semi-human (through the website’s chat feature). I was told that my claim expired one year after its issuing and was no longer going to be accepted. How wonderful, customer service deigns chat with me AFTER my claim expired unused. Really unethical bs.
