Company called our business and told them that they were going to set us up with new long distance plan but employee told them he did not have authorization to do so, after repeating this, we received an email confirmation they’ve switched us to their long distance plan. When I called the company, I got a highly unprofessional woman who didn’t answer the phone like a company representative and was absolutely rude when I told her this was something they need to talk to get approval from managers for. Look out, scam alert!!
