Complaint: We bought a car in late October 2015, initially had issues with the navigation, radio, camera. Called dealership, they said to drop it off they were take care of it. We . Drop it off for a couple of days they said nothing is wrong with it so they did nothing. That happened two times. And nothing. They also said that they would take care and fix a few dings and repaint. When dropped off those two particular times, out of nowhere now they didn’t have a painter. So again nothing was done. Waste of our time and taking off of work. Now nine months later or maybe 10 months later we called, after a few times calling in the past and getting voicemails or hung up on or no live person and being frustrated and giving up finally this time we waited out and get somebody a live person And explain the situation I know particular person we spoke to said yes he remembers bringing in there take care of it. We get there this morning and wait over an hour to the manager saying that the radio was never under warranty and they can’t do anything for us. And they will not repair the dings. First of all why would you tell us to bring it in and you would take care of it seriously. Also you have a history of us showing up and coming in and trying to take care of these things . At no fault of ours, they were not taken care of. We tried. And now they won’t take care of anything. This is unprofessional, falls, a waste of peoples times. Why would anybody go back and buy another car from this location. I know I would never, and I would tell anybody else never to go there. You can can’t even get a live person on the phone .
