The company that I work for referred me to order from RMF Scrubs. I ordered the wrong size scrubs on accident. Granted it was my fault, but I have never come across a company with such a poor return policy, and I shop a lot online. I tried calling to speak to someone about returning my items, nobody would help me, they barely seemed to want to speak to me at all, told me everything had to be done via email. So I emailed my complaint to the powers that be, they returned my email in a timely manner, but there was no name or contact info attached, (very personable,yes?). All the email stated was a breakdown of how much to return the scrubs. Nothing else. No greeting, No Names, No numbers, No apologies, No help. They just did not care. It would cost me more to return the scrubs than it did in the first place. Terrible customer service, would not recommend to anyone. Use (((competitor’s name redacted))), they are way better.
