“I have shopped at Shoes.com for at least 4 years and until now have been very satisfied with their service

shoes and shipping and return policies. Today

I ordered a pair of shoes and was declined due to their “”NEW EXCESSIVE RETURN POLICY””. Turns out

that this past year I ordered 11 orders of shoes in which I only kept 6 of the orders. The point of online shopping and free return and shipping was to be that one could order shoes

try them on at home and return them if they did not fit. Being that I kept half of the orders that amounted up to over 600.00$ and always promptly returned the ones that did not work immediately without wearing them
