I ordered an electronic stethoscope on June 18, 2007. They did not send one and after two weeks I inquired about the order. The gentleman told me that there was a mistake in the engraving and it was being redone. He told me it would be another week. nI waited two weeks to inquire again and have not been able to get in touch with the company. I always get their voice mail. I have left numerous messages asking them to call me and have never been contacted. I drove to their address on the receipt they emailed me and it was a UPS Store where they have a post office box. Because of privacy reasons I could not get any information on the company. nI have even asked to cancel the order and have not had any success in getting my money refunded.
