Student Loan Forgiveness Services Review

I was contacted by a representative explaining that they represented the department of education. They said they were able to help me with reducing my federal student loan. They talked about the lawsuit with Navient and that my school as part of that. After explaining the procedure (they would stop my payments from Fedloan) they sent me a document to sign. The representative asked for 3 payments of $300.00 each. The first payment being taken out that day. I was also transferred to a supervisor to verify my information. I called them the next day, as I had a question because they had not stopped my payment to Fedloan. They explained that the payment may have already been taken out before they were able to get it stopped. These people are very fast talking and don’t listen to your questions very well. They make it sound very professional, using buzz words making you think they really are representing a valid company.
