I have received two letters saying that I am being billed by Asurion Insurance Servicesfina through TeleCheck. They give a date of 9-9-17 as the date they tried to access my account and it failed. They give an item number (4728) and a reference number (44172574425848). The letter states: "Thank you for selecting TeleCheck’s Check By Phone service as your preferred payment option at the Merchant referenced above. Unfortunately, TeleCheck is unable to complete the authorized transaction with your bank. Please call TeleChecks upon receipt of this letter sot that we may verify your banking information. I apologize for any inconvenience this incomplete transaction may have caused you, and I hope that you will view this situation as an isolated incident, which does not reflect negatively on the merchant or on TeleCheck."
