Their facebook page is littered with messages from people like myself that have ordered products MONTHS ago. The company says that "99% of products ship in 3-5 days of ordering". I have not received notification of shipment. They provide only an email to contact them, no phone or address. I reached out via email a month after purchase to inquire on my order. Below is the copy/paste of that email chain. Ongoing for over a month now.
