I tried to order some UGG boots from this website and when I pressed the submit button I got an error message telling me to resubmit my order. Being the silly person I am, I went and did this and got the same message.I thought this was a little strange so went to email the company. When I went to my emails I had received two emails from YeePay telling me that the funds for both failed orders had been taken from my account – over 150I tried to email the UGG boot company on the email address on their site and this was fake. I also tried to call the number advertised on their site and this is also fake. Eventually I managed to get an email address by checking who the site was registered to so I emailed them and asked them to cancel my order and return my funds (this was done on the 4th October 2011).They promised to return my funds but then told me that I would have to pay a 10% handling charge on both orders (in my head Ive still not ordered the product as I’ve never received a confirmation page or email).I’ve since then contacted both the UGG boot company and YeePay, who handle their transactions and they have said it could take up to 6 weeks for my funds to clear as they are based in China (why advertise your company as based in London with an English phone number). It’s now been 42 days since I asked for a refund and I’ve still not got any funds. I keep sending both parties daily emails to chase my money and I just get told to wait as the funds have been sent. Now I’m in the position that I don’t know what to do. I’ve contacted my bank and also both parties. I’m going to give it one more week and then go and speak to the police about this.Whatever you do, don’t order any products from this site. They are fake goods and if you ask for a refund, it seems impossible to get your money back.
