I bought seven items from Unique Jewelry and Things, LLC when they were selling in the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Cafeteria. I bought three rings, several earrings, and two thin sterling silver chain bracelets with stones. The stone of one ring fell out after wearing it for about 2 and 1/2 months. When I pointed out that I had not had it that long, I was told that they are not responsible for rings that lose their stones but they would give me $10.00 towards the purchase of another of product. Even though I had paid about $80.00 for the ring, I thought that I had no other recourse, but to not buy anymore rings from them. I had asked them to look for a sterling silver chain bracelet with a brown stone and they sold me one for $58.00. However, upon wearing it a couple months the Clasp turned a dull color and irritated my arm. My arm broke out in a small rash. When I took it back to get a refund, they insinuated that I had changed the clasp and would not refund my money. I am an honest women , I did not change the clasp. I have worked for NASA 9 years and I have bought many items from many Goddard vendors and never had any issues from any vendor except them.”Yesterday, I saw her at Goddard Craft Fair and again asked her for a refund, she now says she is going to let people know that all sales are final, I told her that she did not tell me that but she still refused to refund me for the defective bracelet. I consider the bracelet a counterfeit product because she sold it to me as a sterling silver bracelet but obviously it is not. I do not break out from sterling silver.
