My husband purchased a six pack of these energy drinks on the 2nd of November, 2006 from the www.howdoigetone.com website. It arrived in a timely fashion, and as advertised. He liked the spicy flavor, so he went back and purchased a whole case of them. nHis purchase was made on the 9th of November, 2006. By November 24th, he had still not received his shipment. He contacted Jackie Quinones through email to let her know that he had not received his shipment. She sent him the tracking number for his LAST shipment. When he wrote back telling her this, she never contacted him again. nSo he let me know about it. I contacted her through email (at around December 15th) and she did not reply to me either. So I called her. She was very nice, and told me that for some reason our order information was not in the computer. I told her that was fine; I could send her the confirmation, as well as proof from my bank (SECU of North Carolina) that $82.70 had indeed been debited from our account. I did, I forwarded the order confirmation that SHE HAD SENT. She told me that we would have our shipment before Christmas. nI did not contact her again until December 28th. I called, and once again she was very cordial (after she insisted that she had the tracking number, which ONCE AGAIN ended up being for the initial order). She told me that she would personally take care of the order, and I told her that I did not want the shipment any longer. All I wanted was to get our money back. She said that was fine, she would let the reward person know about it, but said that I couldn’t talk to him because he wasn’t in the office, he was on vacation. She said we would have our refund at the first of the following week. nWe did not get our refund. I called again around January 10th, and once again she said that she would get our information over to the refund guy, who was once again not in the office. I asked for his extension (hers is 203, by the way) and she begrudgingly agreed. I left a message telling him that I expected my refund as soon as he could get to it, and to call me back. He did not. nOn the 22nd of January, I finally sent an angry email. Up to that point, I had not been argumentative in any way. My email did not use cuss words, or threats, but I did say that if I did not receive my refund by the 23rd of January at midnight I would be contacting the better business bureau. I called today and left a message, telling them that I was through playing this game, and I expected my refund, and that they should call me back ASAP. nSo, as you can tell, I have received no correspondence since the 10th of January (and that was because I called THEM). I still have not received my package, my refund, or even so much as an apology. nI will continue to call them to try and get my refund. If you would like any further information, I can send you the confirmation email we were sent, all the email correspondence, I have all the dates written down and I can get you the information from my bank that shows that we WERE charged, as well as the information from the shipping company that there WERE NO items shipped to our address. nI would like a full refund, and a personal apology. I am a mother, a student taking 18 hours, and I have a job. I have spent too many hours that could have been used spending time with my 20 month old daughter, studying for my tests, or working. If I had more dealings with them, I would ask for a refund and compensation for my time, but as it is now, I do not have any other orders with them and I never will. Ever.
