Scrooge lives at the Young Explorers.com nDo not purchase from this company! nI placed a Christmas order for my daughters on December 9th on the web site www.youngexplorers.com. nAccording to their site:ntWe usually ship within 3 days of your order. Please allow 10 additional business days for delivery. nI figured I had enough time Dec 12th or 13th my order would ship and ten days for delivery would be close Dec 22nd or 23rd. nI placed my first call on December 20th. I was told my order shipped out on the 14th of December.. they told me it should expect it on Friday the 21st or Saturday the 22nd. nI called on Saturday December 22nd when the box did not arrive. After 45-minute wait on one number I was given another number to call. Another 45 minute waiting I was told it could take 2 weeks to be delivered. I dont see that on there site?? nI called on Monday December 22nd and was told it should be there on Monday.nI called on Monday December 24th and was told I could report the box missing on 29th of December. nToday is December 29th and I called to report the box missing. I was told I needed to wait another week. I received my credit card statement in the mail today and was billed for the toys on December 9th. nThis company doesnt seem to have any means of tracking your purchase. I wont hold my breath waiting for this box.
