Portland Housing Center is a waste of time. They dont offer anything more than a mortgage broker, actually less as the loan officer is unwilling to do anything to facilitate the loan.The programs they promote on their website and classes dont exist and the loan officer claims she Mdoesnt work for Portland Housing Center but some other entity she doesnt identify.This appears to be a way to get business for a brokerage and not a very good one at that.
