Its been a nightmare working with PrivatePlus Mortgage.Ive been providing paperwork for almost 5 months now.Theyve misplaced paperwork, which Ive had to provide again.Not just that, their ‘investor keeps asking for paperwork.Its been more than 3 months since we closed on our home and they still keep coming back with demands for paperwork.The most recent one wants to know why I moved to Georgia!Ive bought homes before and never had this much issue with a financing company.If you have a choice please avoid this company.
