I rented a house in the Hollywood hills from Daniel Moran, CEO of Rio Mortgage Co, Inc., and I believe he is a scam artist.He required a $1500 deposit, but never had the place cleaned, and never returned the deposit, after 30 days, although the house was left in better condition than we found it.
