I would not recommend anyone going to Dr. Randall Go, OD. From my past experiences the receptionist ignore you and would rather carry on their own conversations. I wasnt even acknowledged when I came into the office. I would expect a Hello, how are? Can I help you. Instead they looked at me dumbfounded like I was a homeless person that just walking off the street. I thought it was very rude. I will not do business with them anymore. The atmosphere is very unprofessional and I felt as if I was bothering them by asking simple questions. They make you feel unwanted.
