Extremely disappointed to the point where I walked out. I made an appointment for noon.When I arrived and explained I had an appointment at noon, she looked confused and told me to take a seat.I then waited 45 minutes with no end in sight. I was simply dropping off my taxes.I waited so long I walked out. Complete waste of my time.I ended up getting my taxes filed with Leo Jimenez Tax Service in Silver Lake and had amazing service!
