I used them to refinance my truck and they got me in tough with Hughes FCU. Hughes has been great and I’m a member for life….. HOWEVER, The loan officer with RefiJet,Mike Few was pushy and wouldn’t take no for an answer for Gap Insurance an extended warranty, even after I told him multiple times I already had it.To get him to drop it I agreed to take Gap Insurance.Two weeks later I spoke to Patty Cabrera and asked to cancel the gap insurance.Well she sent me the form to cancel it on Aug 29 and I sent it back that day.She confirm she got it and I would get a refund within 6-8 weeks.Well fast forward nearly 3 months later I still have received it.I spoke to her again on 10/23 and she said she would let me know.I never heard back from her. So I reach out to her again.She tells me the check was sent to my lender on 10/23.I asked my lender and the never received it.I find out today 11/15 that they’re going to now send the check to the lender.They won’t answer me when I ask them why it wasn’t sent on the first place.So it wasn’t even sent on the 23rd. Guess what Patty escalates it twice, the first one never contacted me…The second one contacts by text, not a phone call but a text… Guess who it is, Mike Few.He tells me the check has to be sent to the lender even though I’ve told them it’s paid off and I have the payoff statement that every other company wants for proof.Apparently, that’s not good enough and it has to go to the lender for “proof” just so they can turn right back around and send it back to me… I’ll be surprised if it is even sent.I guess I’ll be going to the Feds and the CFPB to file a complaint again their company…To beat it all, Mike tries telling me “since it’s taking so long, we’re giving you a full refund.”Guess what Mike, it was cancelled within 2 weeks so you were legally obligated too… He’s supposedly a manager now and acts like he’s doing me a favor. And this was all by text!Worst company ever
