THESE PEOPLE ARE SHADY! They make empty promises, dont follow through with what they say theyll do and not to be trusted!My wife and I were first time home buyers & they took FULL advantage of our trust, lack of experience and excitement of being so.Theyre remodeling work is half assed and total “Mickey Mouse quick fix, borderline dangerous stuff.We almost had a fire scare because of that shotty electrical work.They pushed and pressured us to sign, but after we did they completely stopped being helpful they became non-responsive to or calls and requests.Once we moved in there were so many things wrong with so many things that weve had to fix little by little.We felt completely taken advantage of. Not how you want your 1st home purchase to be.Our realtors name was Danny and we feel he was a Scumbag scam artist. This is a family business so watch out for ALL OF THEM.They dont care about the customers best interest they are all about their $$.And I think they changed theyre name as well, or operate under different names all the time because Ive passed by this office recently and it has a different logo on the door.I think they also operate under “Excellence Real Estate
