I have bred boxers once in my lifetime…again you don’t know who you are talking about.I have rescued four dogs from the shelters and also belong to a rescue group.So unless you have all the proper information stop passing judgement.Own up to your verbal attacks and apologize for the lack of customer service. “Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation”.By the way, we did have a phone conversation, not just email, hence why I said verbal attack instead of written attack. And you did not give good customer service!
