Santander Private Banking is a predatory lender! They give no options to their customers.I had been paying on my car loan for 2 years, never 30 days late only to be told “you have a simple interest loan that accrues daily none of my monthly payment has been applied to the principal.Thats over $12,000 wasted down the drain. They suggest you refinance or trade and they dont offer that.The representative also encouraged a voluntary surrender that WILL show up on your credit.So youre stuck in an upside loan and car. Please PLEASE think twice before accepting them as a lender.They are the worst and all there customer service agents have thick hard to understand accents.Run the other way! Youve been warned.
