In August 2018 I was contacted on Facebook by Scott Moore who later said his name is Scott George Moreau. He claims to be a civil engineer working overseas. He very quickly began to profess deep feelings for me and said his friend in Kentucky Barbara whenal can give character references on him. He said I can trust him. He began to ask for iTunes cards and money and told me i could send these items by way of Barbara who handles his financial transactions in the states. When I questioned him he got very verbally irate and accused me of second guessing his motives. He said he is a Christian and so is Barbara. I told him I dont send money to strangers and he got very abusive and called me names. I blocked him and am reporting him now. I see where these two names have been reported a number of times and this man denies he is a scammer. It is possible Barbara denies the same but he seems to know her well and seems sure he can count on her. I didnt try to contact her but he urged me to telling me she is his partner and handles his money.
