Was planning to go Security Tax Service because of the good reviews.But I never went, but just my experience over my phone was horrible. Super rude.I asked if they do walk ins or appointments only.She “asked if shes ever done my return before but didnt state it as a question.She replied “did you hear what I said in a bad attitude.She said Im to rushed and piled up.Like how am I suppose to know that. Just by asking a simple question.Didnt even apologize, just said ok bye.
