After brain surgery my loved one was transferred there for rehab .he wasnt there 12 hrs .when I arrived I heard a familiar voice screaming and moaning it was my loved one. He was a fall risk but was left unattended in a shower. I found him and I also called police and ambulance. He was not fitted with fall risk bracelet nor allergy bracelet. Never ever take your loved ones to this place .heads are going to roll after this negligence
