Worst experience ever. Keeps telling you that your loan will be approved and just 1 week before the closing date she will inform you that your loan cant be approved unless you pay mortgage insurance.Her team is not synchronized every time I had to send all the documents regarding my loan to every one on the team, as they dont talk with each other at all.If there is option of negative star I would happily give her -10.She never updates you on anything new that comes related to your loan process, eventually it becomes your responsibility to check in and get updated.
