Ive never had such disrespectful or bad service from any company. We called to schedule an appointment for a few issues about a week ahead of time so that one of my roommates could take off work for the appointment. Our window was broad 7:00 am-12:00 pm so she took a half day. At 12:15, I called Spartan to see why no one had come. They said they were running late and were hoping to get to us by 5:00 pm. Thats five hours after our window!I was understanding and asked if they could push it to be after 6:00 pm so someone would be home. They agreed and said theyd be calling when they were on the way. No one ever called us or followed up. At 8:15 pm I called and was told that I was on the list. I asked if they even service homes this late. The girl was rude and unhelpful. She said she couldnt know that. I simply wanted to know if I needed to wait around any longer, but she said shed have the technician give me a call. Never happened.We wasted our time taking off work for them and they couldnt have given us worse service. Dont waste your time. Pick another company!
