After years of being faithful customers i was offered an incentive to purchase my yearly subscription early through bitcoin. I did this for $150 & am now being told i am no longer a client that my subscription is expiring even though we have paid for another year. The company is not replying to communication or fixing this issue, just taking my money and running. Avoid them at all costs!
