They do not respond to any customer service emails and they dont have phone support.They were suppose to take 5 dollars a month and were taking 5 dollars a week! I emailed and never heard back. I changed my settings to stop taking money out of my checking accountthe 5 dollar weekly deductions continued.Clearly they just want your money and dont care about their customers. Use one if the other investment apps with better customer service rating. This place has a terrible reputation with the Better Business Bureau.
