Steve Larson Directis HORRIBLE! Can I give him zero stars?! I must have called him a dozen times, emailed twice and NEVER got a response!It has been almost a week and I still have not heard from him.What kind of business is this guy running? I even found a Real Estate Agent to represent me since this guy didnt have the simple courtesy to call me back and it STILL took 3 calls and 3 days to get back to her.Who does that?! If the home was not available a professional would at least send a courtesy email to advise.Clearly not a professional at all. His staff is also very rude and not willing to help.In the end, I am glad I am not doing business with Steve Larson Direct.If I were he would be HORRIBLE at customer service and, if there was an issue to bring up I would never be able to contact him.
