Used Stevens & Ciccone Associates last year for my tax returns. First, they were 100% over budget. The rationale, was that I had sent “too many emails.I had no indication that this was running over budget, and the information from the start to the finish did not change.Furthermore, they didnt finish my returns.Part of the returns involved amending another states previous years returns, which they did not do as part of the 100% over budget ultimate fee.They did offer to do them when things quieted down post tax season, I followed up, and havent heard back.Avoid them, very very poor quality of service and over priced.
