Loan was easy to complete but boy are we sorry we ever refinanced with Sunrise Mortgage!At first, there was a quote for a reasonable prepayment penalty.The loan had a much more complicated formula.Our fault for not having an attorney look this over.By the time we sold, we handed over 15% of the balance -$400,000 AWFUL!
