Tax Wizards just suck, so unprofessional. It was difficult to get the right information when I initially made an appointment.I have always worked with CPAs and they usually provide a workbook or questionnaire.I asked for one and was told one may or may not be emailed ahead of time.I found this to be a waste of time but arrived for my appointment.Well of course I didnt have any of the required information, so I took their basic intake form with me and rescheduled.Unfortunately I was very sick the day of my appointment.So I delivered my papers 75minutes prior to my meeting and requested a phone meeting as I was returning from the doctors.I received no call. I called and was told I would be called the next day. So I passed out sick.The next day I called 3-4 times no one called me back, I was still ill. That was April 15th.I knew my taxes were not filed. So I went to pick up my documents to find a new accountant.WASTE OF TIME. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.This group is disorganized and pretty unprofessional, Melanie wanted an argument, I said I just want my documents.I dont want to do business with you.
