The Arlington Banks customer service for mortgages is absolutely horrible.Brian Hitchcock promised to have paperwork to me four different occasions and didnt follow through.Not even a “Hey sorry Ill have it to you by tomorrow- just nothing.Ignored emails and even had the nerve to hit the ignore button on his cell Maybe you get good customer service if youre borrowing more than I am- but his unprofessional behavior may cause me to have to break my contract.
