I cannot warn you strongly enough to stay away from Ryan Kelley “The home loan expert. Unnecessary steps, longer loan terms, and higher closing costs.My credit is decent and I gave them everything they asked for almost immediately.After 6 months I was completely frustrated and started talking with another lender.They were surprised at what I had been through with “the home loan expert.I closed in 60 days with half of the effort.I dont write bad reviews about anyone but the stress and frustration they caused me was unforgivable.If I can make one person make a different decision writing this was worth it!
