Top One Mortgage Solutions Is The most unprofessional lender I have worked with.The licensed agent takes our application and stick us with a 30 year fixed rate mortgage assuming that is the best loan for us and our scenario.Then the rest of the process was passed onto her processor who lacks professional manners.They will not pick up the phone very often and we have to resort to slow email communications where many of our questions go unanswered.They dont care about what you want. They dont listen to your needs.
