Asked for a secure method of transmitting docs. Tri-State Mortgage do not have a secure dropbox, so I agreed to create and share one with them, but needed an email address in order to share the docs on a google drive.Instead of sharing the email address, and handling a clients personal, confidential information with care, they passed on the loan.
